You’ve probably “done it all,” right? And maybe you were even a bit hesitant to read this blog, lest you fall one more time for a claim you already know isn’t true: A diet program that works!
You’ve done the chronic dieting.
You’ve restricted your calories with the best of ‘em.
You’ve tried every exercise regime on the block.
You’ve even used supplements (fingers crossed) and hoped they wouldn’t harm your health or empty your wallet.
You’ve done the juice cleanse, the juice fast and the juice detox – to no avail.
You’ve over-exercised, under-exercised, and everything in between.
The only “reward” you’ve received is the knowledge that, for some reason, YOU can’t get the job done!

Think about it: Expectations run high when you start a new diet or exercise program, but inevitably, you come away frustrated and disappointed with the results – or you feel like a failure because you can’t keep doing what is required to sustain the program.

You are, in effect, creating the precise environment that you’re trying to avoid. Your body becomes weak and internally sick. It is constantly “reacting” to the stress you’re putting on it, pulling you farther away from the solution.
It’s so far away from “healthy” that positive changes are next-to-impossible to stick to.
Here’s what DOES work.
A sustainable way of engaging in activity and feeding your body that’s not extreme, that doesn’t require a complete overhaul of your life right away and that focuses on internal health.
The Well Path is a program that consists of small steps that, when combined, create huge changes. It will put your body back into balance (called homeostasis) so you can thrive!
So what does imbalance look like?
- Difficulty sleeping
- Craving for sweets or coffee
- Binge eating
- Extra belly fat
- Dull skin
- Being stressed out
- Poor sex drive
- Mood changes
- Chronic pain
- Poor healing
- Frequent illness.
In this state, your body is in defensive mode, reacting to your actions and doing what it can to survive. That’s no way to live!
When your body is balanced, or in homeostasis, you can:
- Get good sleep.
- Have regular bowel movements.
- Avoid food cravings.
- Have normal hunger pangs.
- Get rid of belly fat.
- Have great-looking skin.
- Have lots of energy.
- Manage stress.
- Enjoy a healthy libido.
- Have a good memory.
- Feel happy.
- Feel strong.
- Fight illness and recover quickly from injury.
- Have glowing skin, strong hair and nails.
In this state, your body is so happy. It’s firing on all cylinders. It’s hummin’ along. It’s no longer holding you hostage to survive.
When you’re in homeostasis, you’ll look younger, feel better and have more energy.
You know, the results you’ve been waiting for after years of trying it all!
And better yet, you can stick to these principles for the rest of your life to maintain your health.
Now that’s a diet program that you’ll want to tell all your friends about!
